【ご利用開始時（鍵の受け渡し）】

キーボックスの開錠方法を
・メール
にてご案内いたします。

以下いずれかの方法でキーボックスを開けてください。

  • 暗証番号を入力して開錠

  • メールに届くQRコードを読み取って開錠

又は暗証番号を使って開錠する事も可能です👇

キーボックスを開け、中に入っている車両の鍵を取り出し、
ご予約いただいた車両をご利用ください。

【ご返却時】

ご返却の際は、以下の手順をお願いいたします。

  1. 燃料を満タンにして返却
    　※ただし「燃料込みプラン」をご利用の方は、満タン返却は不要です。

  2. 指定の駐車場所に車両を戻す

  3. 車両の鍵を、受け取り時と同じキーボックスへ返却

  4. キーボックスを確実に閉めてください

キーボックスを閉めた時点で、返却完了となります。

【燃料についてのご注意】

  • 通常プラン：
    　➡ 燃料は満タン返却をお願いいたします。

  • 燃料込みプラン（事前に燃料代をお支払い済みの方）：
    　➡ 満タン返却は不要です。

【Key Pickup】

Instructions on how to unlock the key box will be sent to you by email.

Please open the key box using one of the following methods:

  • Enter the PIN code, or

  • Scan the QR code included in the email

🚗【Vehicle Return】

When returning the vehicle, please follow the steps below:

  • Refuel the vehicle to a full tank
    If you selected the Fuel-Included Plan, refueling is not required.

  • Return the vehicle to the designated parking area

  • Place the vehicle key back into the same key box

  • Make sure the key box is securely closed

Once the key box is closed, the return process is complete.

⛽【Fuel Policy】

  • Standard Plan
    → Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel

  • Fuel-Included Plan (fuel prepaid in advance)
    → Full refueling is not required

  • This is a self-service (unmanned) rental system
