In case of an accident

If the car feels wrong

If you notice anything unusual while driving, stop driving immediately, park somewhere safe, and call roadside assistance. Continuing to drive may lead to serious damage or an accident.

Insurance: unlimited bodily-injury and property-damage liability (property deductible ¥100,000), personal injury coverage ¥30 million, and vehicle coverage are included in the base price. A Non-Operation Charge (NOC) may apply depending on the damage — see the rental terms.
