Booking is online only, through the STORES reservation system. The page is in Japanese, but this guide walks you through it — it only takes a few minutes.

Booking steps
- Choose date & time slot
Pick your date on the calendar, then a 6-hour slot starting at 6:00 or 12:00. Available slots are shown instantly.
- Choose your plan
Standard plan (return with full tank) or fuel-included plan. Driving between 18:00 and 6:00? Choose fuel-included — gas stations close at night.
- Pay by credit card
Complete payment online. No cash is needed on site.
- Receive your confirmation email
It contains the keybox PIN and QR code. On the day, go straight to the car — see How It Works.
