- Receive your unlock details by email
After booking, we email you how to open the keybox — both a PIN code and a QR code. Please check the email before you head to the car.
- Open the keybox
Two ways: ① enter the PIN code from the email, or ② tap the link in the email to display the QR code and scan it. Either method works.
- Take the key and go
Open the keybox, take the car key inside, and enjoy your reserved vehicle.

Returning the car
- Refuel to full
Standard plan: please return with a full tank (fuel-included plan: skip this step). Gas station hours are listed on the pricing page.
- Park in the designated spot
Return the car to the same designated parking space where you picked it up.
- Put the key back
Return the key to the same keybox.
- Close the keybox firmly
Once the keybox is securely closed, your return is complete.
