This plan is for people who live in Rusutsu Village or Kimobetsu Town, or who work in either, so you can actually try our cars and service. Use a 4WD car with studless snow tires for the hours you need, at 60% off the standard rate (you pay 40%).

All current vehicles (Alphard / Vellfire) are eligible. Insurance and winter equipment (4WD + studless snow tires) are included. Prices include tax.

Formula: local rate = standard rate x 0.4. Each 6-hour block includes a 30-minute handover buffer, so actual driving time is 5 hours 30 minutes.
Night rate (fuel charge is not discounted)
Between 18:00 and 6:00 local gas stations are closed, so the plan includes a 5,000 yen fuel charge. The 5,000 yen fuel charge is not discounted. Only the vehicle-use portion is 60% off; the fuel charge is then added.

Breakdown: vehicle use ¥5,520 (standard ¥13,800 x 40%) + fuel ¥5,000
Formula: night local rate = standard vehicle rate x 0.4 + 5,000 yen fuel (fuel added once per night booking).

Eligibility is verified via Official LINE after booking
After booking, the person who booked must send one of the following images to our Official LINE. Your booking is confirmed once eligibility is verified.
- If eligibility cannot be verified, the booking may be changed to the standard rate or cancelled.
- If the person who booked and the driver are different, the standard rental conditions apply.
- Verification images are used only for eligibility checks and are not kept longer than necessary, in line with our privacy policy. They are never stored on the website, public folders or accessible logs.
- Do not attach license or ID images in the STORES notes field — always send them via Official LINE.

Verification uses the booker's own document. If the booker and driver differ, the standard rental conditions apply. Ask us on Official LINE for details.
Is posting a review required?
No. It is an optional request and not a condition of the discount. We do not ask for positive reviews.
Can it be combined with an existing booking?
The local plan is booked as a separate product; your existing bookings are not changed.
Can it be combined with other discounts?

Can I use a digital staff ID (a photo of my phone screen)?
Yes — a digital staff ID (a screenshot or photo of your phone screen) is accepted. Because we need to confirm your workplace is in Rusutsu Village or Kimobetsu Town, please make sure it shows your workplace address. If yours does not show an address, please ask us on Official LINE.
